I had the opportunity to meet with the author of the article referenced below.  Sherry Moss is a Professor at Wake Forest University. Given changing demographics, workforce dynamics, and the economic and business challenges we face today and in the future, is it worth considering how a “scrappy worker” might add value to your organization?  Rather than hiring a traditional, full-time employee for a role, could your organization fill some needs by thinking differently and giving a “scrappy employee” the autonomy to add creativity and energy to your business?
